Copyright & Trademark Notice

Last updated 12 September 2026

1. Copyright

© 2026 David Bešter. All rights reserved. This covers the Chynora software, its source code, its user-interface design, and the page copy and documentation that make up the Service — not the content organisations and their guests put into it (see Section 3).

2. Trademark

“Chynora” and the Chynora logo are trademarks of David Bešter. They are not currently registered with the EUIPO or any other trademark office; we use the ™ symbol to mark our claim to them. Please don’t use the Chynora name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without asking first.

3. What we don’t own

An organisation using Chynora keeps ownership of everything it creates or collects through the Service, including:

  • its own name, brand and logo;
  • its event content, registration form design and questions;
  • its email templates and layouts;
  • images and other files it uploads; and
  • all of the guest registration data it collects.

We hold only the limited licence described in our Terms of Use to host, render and transmit that content in order to run the Service.

4. Third-party components

Chynora is built using open-source software, including Next.js, React, Radix UI, Tailwind CSS and the Supabase client libraries, each licensed under its own respective open-source licence. Using Chynora does not grant you any rights to that underlying software beyond what those licences already provide.

5. Permitted use

Beyond using the Service as intended, please don’t copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce Chynora’s interface, design or copy. Fair, accurate quotation of our public materials, and use of our logo for identification purposes in press or reviews, is fine without asking first.

6. Reporting infringement

Because Chynora hosts organisation-authored pages and images that are shown to people outside the organisation (through the guest-facing invitation surface), we operate a notice-and-action route for anyone who believes material on the Service infringes their copyright or other rights. Send a notice to contact@chynora.com identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised. We will review and act on well-founded notices without undue delay.
